Terms of use and data processing

Who can sign up

Builders, real estate agencies, architects, companies in the industry and owners of furnished rental properties. You sign in with your Google account, which only confirms your email: we don't post anything on it.

What you publish

You are responsible for making sure the projects, photos, floor plans and information you upload are true and that you have the right to use them. Our team reviews each listing before it is shown on the site and may reject it, hide it or ask you for changes. Each time you edit it, it goes back to review.

Contact details of interested people

People interested in your projects are handled by our team, and your account does not see their contact details. Furnished rentals are different: when someone asks to book one that has an owner with an account, we tell them before they submit the form and we share their name, WhatsApp, email, dates and message with the owner, only so the owner can contact them about that inquiry. The owner sees nothing else (neither the status of the handling nor our team's notes) and must treat that data in accordance with Colombia's personal data protection law (habeas data, Ley 1581 de 2012, Colombia's data protection law): use it only for that inquiry, not transfer it, and delete it if the person asks. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to us on WhatsApp. If your "Interior design and architecture" banner carries a WhatsApp number, you receive through that channel, directly, the name, the property's city, the email and the message of the person who writes to you from your card's form. You must treat that data in accordance with Ley 1581 de 2012: use it only to respond to the person, not transfer it to third parties, and delete it if the person asks you to.

If you write to an interior design partner

The form on the "Interior design and architecture" cards opens WhatsApp with your message to the partner you chose; you send it yourself from your WhatsApp, and that partner receives your name, the property's city, your email and your message. Our team also keeps a copy so we can help you. You can ask us to anonymize or delete it by writing to the habeas data email in the data processing policy.

Company directory

If your company has published projects, or we add it at your request, its name, type, approved logo and cities appear in the public directory. You can ask us to remove it.

Data we keep

We keep the data from the sign-up form (account type, name, company, tax ID (NIT) if you provide it, WhatsApp, city), your Google account email, the date you accepted these terms and your IP address at that moment. Only the administrator team sees it, and we use it to manage your account and contact you about it. We don't sell it.

Closing your account

You can delete your account whenever you want from "My account" in the dashboard, by typing ELIMINAR (the Spanish word for "delete"). Your sessions are closed, your furnished rentals are deleted (or, if you are the only active person at your company, its projects are unpublished) and your sign-up data is anonymized; you receive a confirmation email. Contact details of interested people who had already written in are kept so our team can handle them, except what we must keep by law.
