Cookies
Cookie policy
A cookie is a small file that the site stores in your browser. We use few: the ones needed for the site to work, one for our own campaign measurement and, only if you accept, analytics and advertising cookies.
Necessary cookies
They don't need your acceptance because the site or the dashboard doesn't work without them.
- Dashboard session (better-auth): used only by the team and registered accounts to sign in to their dashboard. Visitors don't receive it.
- Your cookie choice (vyc_consentimiento): remembers for one year whether you accepted or declined analytics and advertising cookies.
- Sign-up with Google: a temporary cookie (30 minutes) that appears only while you register as a partner or owner.
Our own campaign measurement
The vyc_attr cookie stores for 90 days where you came from (campaign or link, including the ad click identifiers) so we know which campaign brought your request. It is set by our own server, is not shared with third parties and does not identify who you are until you submit a form.
Analytics and advertising cookies
Analytics and advertising cookies are created only if you accept them in the notice. They tell us how many people visit the site, which pages they view, whether a Google or Meta campaign ended in a request and how many people tap the WhatsApp buttons (without storing your number or what you write there; only which button the click came from), to improve the site and measure our advertising. The Meta pixel is not loaded if you decline. Google's tags (Analytics and Ads) do load, but in restricted mode: without cookies or identifiers, and they only send anonymous measurements, such as the page visited, your IP address and the device type.
To manage these tags we use Google Tag Manager, a Google tool that loads the Analytics, Ads and Meta tags from a single place. Tag Manager does not create cookies by itself and stays restricted until you accept: the tags it manages respect your cookie choice.
How to change your choice
You can change it whenever you want with the "Cookie preferences" button in the footer, which shows the notice again. You can also delete this site's cookies from your browser settings (the one called vyc_consentimiento). You can also block or delete any cookie from your browser, although some parts of the site might stop working.
