Who we are

Vivienda y Confort Internacional ([Por completar], NIT [Por completar]) is a portal for new-construction and off-plan homes in Colombia for buyers from Colombia, the United States and Canada, and for furnished rental properties. Address: [Por completar].

Information we collect

What you give us when you fill out a form (name, WhatsApp, email and what you tell us about what you're looking for) and what your browser sends us when you visit the site (page visited, device and the campaign or link you came from). If you accept measurement cookies, also usage data for analytics and advertising. Even if you decline them, Google may receive anonymous measurements without cookies or identifiers (such as your IP address and the page visited).

The site doesn't ask you for an account to browse or to request information. Only people who want to list projects or furnished rentals sign up.

How we use it

To handle your request, advise you, send you what you asked for and improve the site. We don't sell your information. We only share it with the owner of a furnished rental when you ask to book it, with a partner builder if you ask us to, with the interior design partner you decide to write to, and with the providers that make the site work.

Where it is stored

On our own servers and with providers such as Cloudflare (distribution network and backups), Resend (email), Google and, if you accept measurement cookies, Meta (pixel), which may be outside Colombia, including the United States. The data processing policy explains this transmission.

How long we keep it

The data of anyone who requested information through a form is anonymized automatically 24 months after the last change to the request (copies may remain in emails already sent and in backups until they are renewed). The newsletter email is kept until you unsubscribe, with one click from any email of ours. You can ask for deletion before those periods.

Your rights and how to exercise them

You can access, update, correct or delete your data and revoke your authorization. Write to [Por completar]; the deadlines and the procedure are in the data processing policy.
