Tell us what you're looking for
You fill out the form in a few minutes: which city you live in, which Colombian city interests you, whether you're buying to live there, to invest, or to support a family member, and what type of home you want. You also tell us how you prefer to be contacted: WhatsApp, phone call, or video call.
We review your budget
An advisor reviews your budget range in pesos, the down payment you have available, and when you want to buy. With that, they rule out projects that don't suit you and explain how payment is usually structured: down payment, installments during construction when the project is off-plan, and the balance at delivery. The exact plan is set by each builder. The numbers are calculated in pesos with a reference U.S. dollar rate; what you pay in dollars changes with the exchange rate on the day you send the money.
We show you projects
We send you a short selection of projects that fit your city, your budget, and your timeline, not an endless catalog. For each one we give you the starting price, the size, the stage (new, off-plan, or pre-construction), and the delivery date reported by the builder, along with the questions worth asking before you decide.
You tour the project by video call
We schedule a video call at a time that works for you, after work or on the weekend. We go over the project with you: location, floor plans, common areas, payment plan, and whatever is available, such as a model apartment or construction progress. You can invite your partner or a family member in Colombia. Between Colombia and the eastern U.S. or Canada there is between 0 and 1 hour of difference, depending on the time of year.
We connect you with the builder or sales team
If you decide to move forward, we put you in touch with the project's builder or sales team. The reservation, contract, and payment terms are the ones each of them offers, and we recommend having the documents reviewed by an attorney you trust before signing. You're under no obligation to buy: you can stop at any step.
Frequently asked questions
Can I buy without traveling to Colombia?
You can get started without traveling: telling us what you're looking for, receiving projects and touring them by video call all happen remotely. Whether you can then move forward with the purchase remotely too depends on the builder and the specific procedure, because some steps may require documents or signatures. We guide you case by case, and we recommend confirming the details with an attorney you trust.
What does buying off-plan mean?
It means buying a home that isn't finished yet, based on the plans, the images and the information the builder provides. In many projects the down payment is paid in installments while construction moves forward and the balance is paid at delivery, but each builder sets its own payment plan. Since the property doesn't exist yet, it's a good idea to ask for the terms in writing, the estimated delivery date and what happens if it's delayed. An advisor can help you know what to ask.
How do I pay from abroad?
Each builder sets the payment method, and it can change from one project to another. Before sending money, confirm the payment details directly with the builder and pay only through the channels listed in the project's official documents, never to accounts that reach you only by message. If you send dollars, what is received in pesos depends on the exchange rate that day and on what the transfer service charges, so ask for the total cost before transferring. For tax questions, consult an accountant you trust. We guide you case by case.
Can I get a mortgage in Colombia while living abroad?
It depends on the lender. Each bank or lender decides whether it lends to people who live outside Colombia, what documents it asks for to verify your income and what percentage of the home's value it finances. We don't approve loans: we guide you on what to ask and how to prepare. The calculator on this site gives a reference estimate, not an offer or an approval.
Does the consultation cost anything?
The initial consultation is free: you leave your details, an advisor reviews your case and shows you projects that fit your budget. You're not obligated to buy or to continue at any step.
What happens after I leave my details?
An advisor reviews what you told us and contacts you however you prefer, by WhatsApp, phone or video call, to confirm what you're looking for and show you projects that fit. If you're still exploring, that's fine too: we move at your pace.
